Material for toe pocket is formed by means of needles dislocated on the first semicircle and than for transferring the initial free pocket edge onto the complementary arch needles and for beginning of the tubular material manufacturing there is formed a zone of air concentrated suction by the inlet branch pipe situated along the internal edge part of the needle cylinder for gripping the mentioned free pocket edge at the transferring; than as a result of the centrifugal plates movement, each of which is provided with a nail, the free edge is gradually transferred outside beyond the needles edge which are raised and they are pierching the material along the initial edge.
