PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer by improving a structure of a terminal made of a spring so as to decrease a compression height at mounting so as to make the profile thin and to extend a sounding section. SOLUTION: In the electroacoustic transducer where terminals 29, 31 are made of a spring and which is mounted by pressing the terminals 29, 31 into contact with a board 37 of various devices, the terminals 29, 31 are configured so that at least part of them is overlapped along a direction nearly orthogonal to an elastic displacement in the case of press contact so as to reduce the height at press contact.
