PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a synchronizing operation between a remote controller and a device to be controlled or between devices to be controlled by transmitting an operation command and a time code from the remote controller to the device to be controlled. SOLUTION: When a remote controller 10 receives an operation request of a user an entry means 11, a command generating means generates an operation command, the controller 10 acquires time information denoting a control start time from a time information management means 14, adds a control start time code to the operation command and transmits the resulting command to a device to be controlled 50. Upon the receipt of the command, the device to be controlled 50 uses a command analysis means 52 to analyze the command to acquire the operation command the control start time code and executes processing at a designated time on the basis of them.
