PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for easily preparing reference information required in an information network system. SOLUTION: In this information network system, by a communication processing part 16a which is an MPU program for operating the MPU 13 of a server 10, a telephone line L1 is connected through an interface 14, mutual communication is performed with respective information terminals and the reference information stored in a storage part 15 is obtained from the respective information terminals. For the reference information, by a reference information input means constituted of an input part 11, a reference information input processing part 16b for operating the MPU 13 and a display part 12, etc., input is performed from the outside and the reference information is prepared and stored in the storage part 15. In the input part 11 and the reference information input processing part 16b, etc., an operation is performed further as an attribute specifying means for specifying the attribute of the reference information, the MPU 13 is operated by a reference information conversion means composed of a reference information conversion processing part 16c or the like for the prepared reference information and the reference information corresponding to the attribute specified from the input part 11 is automatically prepared and stored in the storage part 15.
