PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wrong number only through simple registration by an event sponsor without enforcing subscribers with a similar telephone number to conduct a special operation by providing in advance a means that records presence of a special number service to each subscriber in order to change the state of the specific number service depending on the presence of registration. SOLUTION: Each subscriber is provided with a means (memory) 800 that records presence of registration of a specific number service in order to revise the state of the specific number service depending on the presence of the registration. When an incoming call comes to an event telephone set 100 from a subscriber 200, the event telephone set 100 references the registration state of the subscriber 200 and connects an incoming call with a telephone number resulting from adding a special number to a telephone number of the subscriber 200 to a called party when the subscriber 200 is registered. When the subscriber 200 is not registered, the telephone set 100 connects the incoming call with the telephone number of the subscriber 200 with no special number added thereto to the called party. As a result of the configuration above, when a caller subscriber 300 makes dialing of a telephone number of a general subscriber 400 with the specific number added thereto in mistake during registration of the service, since the general subscriber 400 is not registered to the service of the specific number, the call is not connected.
