PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make shortenable the time delay of information transmission even when external input signals are generated at the same time or successively by outputting voice data corresponding to plural input signals faster than when a single piece of voice data is outputted when the input signals are received within a certain time. SOLUTION: In addition to a voice data reproduction signal 26, the voice select signal 22 is also inputted to a voice selecting circuit 14 from an input time judging circuit 2. The voice selecting circuit 14 compares the voice select signal 22 with the voice data reproduction signal 26 and inputs the voice output electric signal 35 corresponding to the voice data reproduction signal 26 to a voice output circuit 15, which outputs voice data 36 according to the voice output electric signal 35. When multiple input signals 20 are received within a certain fixed time, the voice data 36 corresponding to the input signals 20 are outputted faster than when a single piece of voice data 25 is outputted. |
