At such a time, the personal information of the information provider or contribution history in the past is stored in an information provider data base 33, at the same time, the contents of the contribution information are judged, the stored personal information or contribution history in the past (the number of times of contribution or satisfactory degree of contribution information every time) is discriminated and the coupon information corresponding to the result is generated.
