PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily perform class setting for fire alarm, for stack gas and fume tight and for other equipment use even when the number of lines is large. SOLUTION: A pair of reception line and a control line is registered by line number by a register processing part, a class of all the reception lines is initially set for fire alarm and the class of all the control lines for district acoustic control in initial state, and the classes of reception line and the control line are set-changed for stack gas and fume tight with respect to line numbers from a specified boundary 38 beyond when a specific line number is specified as a first boundary 38 at the time of data register mode. Also, when a specific line number of the control line which is class-set for the district acoustic control is specified as a second boundary 41, the classes of control circuit from a line number next to the second boundary 41 to a last line number for the district acoustic control are set-changed for the class of other equipment.
