Where the insulating plate (4) goes over to the plate edge (10a) on the plate insertion side (8a) one part of the plate (9a) is shaped so as to lag behind during the insertion operation. This transition area presents a bevel (9a) enclosing an angle ( alpha ) of more than 90 deg with the plate edge. The bevelled area can be rounded off and the plate has the edge area (7) bent round to give a free edge to the longitudinal side of the insulating plate (4). The other plate edge forms its own longitudinal side as well as the bent area at the edge (7) for the necessary free edge (10a).
