PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage box for a door, which is easily attached to the door of a dwelling or the like and also by which an article such as a door key is surely stored and kept in the attachment state without missing it. SOLUTION: This box is provided with a box main body 14 having a storing part 14b being opening/closing possible to store the article such as the door key 13 and a lock mechanism for locking a lid body 15 for opening/closing the storing part 14a in a closed state. Then the box main body 14 is provided with an attachment board 21 fitted to the end edge of the door 12 from an outer side so as to be attachable/detachable and with a fixed board. Then a fastening screw 25 for fastening and fixing the attachment board 21 in a state where it is fitted to the door 12 is arranged.
