PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of calculation of the risk value to a disease of an examinee by using an inputted examinee information for the examinee, and a risk parameter obtained from the past crisis rate of the disease calculated for the examinee. SOLUTION: This health examination device 10 has an examinee information input processing part 110, a risk prediction processing part 11, and a remedy proposal processing part 112. The examinee information input processing part 110 inputs the examinee information showing the information possibly having an influence on the crisis of a disease. The risk prediction processing part 111 determines the risk value showing the degree of the possibility of the examinee suffering from the disease by use of the inputted examinee information for the examinee and the risk parameter obtained from the past crisis rate of the disease of the examinee. The remedy proposal processing part 112 proposes the remedy for reducing the risk value when the risk value is a prescribed value or more.
