PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner with a cold blast preventing function, capable of securing a sufficient blasting effect even in such a case where a temperature rise in engine cooling water is not enough. SOLUTION: A blast upper limit BL is regulated according to a current temperature of engine cooling water, while a current temperature in this cooling water is always monitored by a water temperature sensor, thereby comparing its sizing relationship with the engine cooling water temperature measured at the last time. Insofar as in the case where such a state that the current temperature will not become a larger value than the previous one is continued more than the setting time, the value of this upper limit BL regulating the blast quantity is gradually increasing according to the elapse of time. Since the sufficient blast quantity is securable even in the case where a temperature rise in the engine cooling water is stagnated, the heating of a large air quantity can be done even in the case of traveling or the like in a cold district.
