PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient thread fastening work on a pipe. SOLUTION: A socket 5 is divided on a diameter line. An annular support part 2 rotatably supporting the socket comprises a fixed half body 3 integrally protruding from a handle 1; and a moving half body 4 having one end openably pivotally supported at the fixed half body. An annular support part 2 and the socket are opened and can be engaged with and disengaged from a mating fastening member.
