PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting conveyor which is capable of suppressing an installation space and the required powder of a drive source to a lower level and enhancing the separation recovery rate of materials to be treated. SOLUTION: This sorting conveyor has the conveyor 30 having a transporting belt 31 which diagonally upwardly loads and transports the materials M to be treated, vibrating means (vibrating rollers 33 and 34) which apply vibration to the transporting belt 31 and a digging up rod 80 which is disposed above the conveyor 30 near the exciting means, is diagonally held to face downward from the downstream side toward the upstream side in the transporting direction of the conveyor 30 and is embedded at its front end into the materials M to be treated which are transported on the transporting belt 31.
