PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointing method between a reinforced concrete column and a steel beam and a joint construction which is capable of reducing the cost and also of providing a higher ceiling and a better workability. SOLUTION: This method comprises a process of assembling reinforcing bars 13, 14 of a reinforced concrete column 11, a process of fixing flat-shaped joint members 15, 26 for a steel beam 14 to a reinforcing bar 14, a process of installing an anchoring member 17 for concrete anchorage to an end portion of the joint side of the steel beam 12, a process of fixing a steel beam 12 to joint members 15, 26 in the reinforced concrete column 11, and a process of placing concrete for the reinforced concrete column 11.
