PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration type micro component feeder, improving removal efficiency of micro components by solving air shortage of an air jet nozzle removing the micro component in a wrong attitude from a track by blasting of a compressed air during stopping the air feeding. SOLUTION: A photoelectric sensor 5 discriminating the quality of good/ wrong attitude of a micro component and an air jet nozzle 6 blasting a compressed air to the micro component, when the photoelectric sensor 5 detects a micro component of wrong attitude, are provided on a carrier passage of micro components carried along a spiral track 2 formed in the internal circumference of a bowl. A solenoid valve 8 controlled its opening/closing, based on the detecting result of the photoelectric sensor 5 is incorporated in an air feed tube 7 for feeding the compressed air to the air jet nozzle 6. The air feed end 7a of the air feed tube 7 is arranged opposite to an air inlet 6a of the air jet nozzle 6 to from a clearance 9 between the opposite parts, the residual pressure left in the air feed tube 7 during closing the solenoid valve 8 is exhausted from the clearance 9, to improve the air shortage of the air jet nozzle 6, and the micro component of the normal attitude is prevented from removed by the residual pressure.
