PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier laminate suitable for use in a packaging material of an article requiring air impermeability and humidity impermeability and having air impermeability, humidity impermeability and microwave oven aptitude and not permitting ultraviolet rays to pass. SOLUTION: A barrier laminate is constituted by laminating an inorg.compd. thin film and a tin base thin film on at least the single surface of a polymer film and the inorg.compd. thin film is composed of a compd. selected from silicon oxide and aluminum oxide.
