PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fence structure of a house building at a low cost capable of giving the outsider a favorable impression, ensuring rigidity in the inside and outside direction to the house building. SOLUTION: An exterior 2 surrounding the site of the house building from the outside is installed around the house building 1. A fence 22 restraining entrance and exit to/from the inside of the site of the house building 1 is extended in the exterior peripheral direction and mounted on the exterior 2. The fence 22 is composed of the first or fourth split fence bodes 22a-22d divided into four in the exterior 2 peripheral direction. Each split fence body 22a-22d is formed by combining concrete sections 41 and block sections 43 respectively. The block sections 43 are formed by stacking approximately square-shaped frame-shaped blocks, and the left-right both sides of the block sections 43 are held and supported from both sides by the concrete sections 41 extended in the vertical direction repectively.
