PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent the deterioration, damage and breakage of a hydrophobic air permeable membrane, and maintain stable performance capabilities over a long period of time. SOLUTION: An exudation film 26 is attached to the chemical lead-out port disposed to the lower end of a cartridge case 25 and an air discharge port 27 s disposed to the upper end of the case 25. Hydrophobic air permeable films 28a, 28b are arranged in the vicinity of the air discharge port 27 n a spaced- apart state and the space between these films 28a, 28b is set to an air chamber 29 and the space between the air permeable films 28b and the exudation film 26 is set to a chemical filling chamber 31 filled with a power or solid chemical agent 32. A first nonwoven fabric sheet 40 is attached on the surfaces on the side of the air chamber 29 of the hydrophobic air permeable films 28a, 28b and a second nonwoven fabric sheet 41 is attached on the surfaces on the opposite side of the air chamber of the films 28a, 28b. The impact load of a liquid accompanied by falling is received by the first nonwoven fabric sheet 40 and the damage of the hydrophobic air permeable film 38b due to a crystal lump is prevented by the second nonwove fabric sheet 41. |
