PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an outstanding extension of a circular life, a shortening of a cutting time and a reduction of a cutting machine load by imparting a tensile stress to a portion always cut from a beginning of cutting of a material to be cut to a finishing of cutting. SOLUTION: A shape steel 1a is raised from a pass line by a life quantity hR and becomes a state that it is bent to a side by an urging bending quantity of a first fixed guide 13. That is, an internal force for causing a bending is generated by a sum quantity NR of a lift quantity hR and an urging bending quantity S in the shape steel 1a. Accordingly, an internal stress state that an upper tensile and a lower compression occur at a saw passing portion of a shape steel cross section can be varied to a tensile strength state at both upper and lower portion, a tightening of the saw 2 can be completely resolved.
