<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence for stably radiating the light and excellent in visibility by forming a light emitting part by arranging a self-light emitting element in an upper part of columns erected at proper intervals on the ground surface. SOLUTION: A column cap 1 is fitted to and installed on the upper end of a column 7. A light emitting part 5 installed in this column cap 1 radiates the light from the upper end of the column 7 to improve visibility of a fence. When a solar battery is used as a power source, generated electric power is stored in a storage part, and a self-light emitting element emits the light by supplying the electric power stored in this storage part to the self-light emitting element of the light emitting part. Thus, the fence can be installed in a power source nonexistent place, and since the self-light emitting element semipermanently emits the light in the night, installation is facilitated, and the fence can be stably used over a long period. When the self-light emitting element of the light emitting part 5 arranged in an upper part of the column 7 is made to flashily emit the light at an interval of 2 to 5 times/sec, visibility is enhanced, and the self-light emitting element can be used for many hours by saving electric power.</p> |
