摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pathologically active peptide having an inhibitory activity against cell adhesion composed of amino acids of specific residue number, having a specific amino acid sequence, an antagonistic action on a cell adhesion factor for furthering diseases such as cancer, inflammation, fiberization of organ, etc., and on a ligand molecule action against the cell adhesion factor. SOLUTION: This pathologically active peptide has cell adhesion inhibitory activity composed of amino acids of <=30 residues and amino acid sequences of formula I to formula V. A hydrophilic amino acid or a substance containing a hydrophilic group (e.g. ethylene glycol, etc.), can be added to the peptide. The peptide is obtained preferably by a chemical synthesis method for an oligopeptide, a biological method or a genetic engineering method. A solid-phase synthesis method is preferable as a chemical synthesis method. Preferably the obtained peptide is purified by a peptide purification method (e.g. column chromatography). In the case of administering the peptide as a therapeutic agent, the dose is 1-100,000μm/kg weight/day.
