PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for getting on and off a vehicle, etc., with no need for considerable power and easy handling. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises as follows: a hanging tool 24 is set up on a rail 17 equipped between a support 10 and a roof 2 of a first class car through a rolling wheel 28; the base of a supporting arm 34 is installed to the hanging tool 24; the front of the supporting arm 34 is set so as to enable it to go in and out the car; a driving device 43 is set so as to send in and out chain 37 from the head of supporting arm 34; and a holding tool for a nursed person is installed to the head of a chain 37. |
