PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the increase of a producing cost, to improve handleability and to improve appearance of a opening/closing lid structure of furniture which can open and close an aperture formed at the furniture by a lid board pivotally attached to its peripheral edge part. SOLUTION: A spring member 15 for energizing and holding the lid in each state of fully closing and fully opening by inverting spring energizing force at the intermediate position of opening/closing of the lid 4 is provided. In particular, the spring member is formed with a pair of fixing parts 33, 34 respectively engaged with a first spring receiving part 31 provided on the side of a lid plate and a second spring receiving part provided at a member on the side of a main body opposed to the part 31 and a repulsive part 27 for connecting these fixing part with each other. Then, the fixing parts are pivotally attached to the first and second spring receiving parts and the lid plate is spring-energized by the repulsive part while rotating around the second spring receiving part on the main body side as a supporting point with rocking of the lid plate.
