PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate illumination cover fitting work by comprising a decorative nut for pressing down the illumination cover. SOLUTION: A bracket 7 is provided with a socket for a long-sized lamp. A screw body 9 is provided with a first thread part 9A thread-fastened to a nut 8, and a second thread part 9B protruded from oblong holes provided in an illumination cover 5 and a cover 6. A decorative nut 10 is provided with a thread 10A thread-fastened to the thread part 9B. In order to fix the illumination cover 5 and cover 6 to the bracket 7, the first thread part 9A is thread- fastened to the nut 8 to fit the screw body 9 to the bracket 7. While putting the cover 6 on the illumination cover 5, the screw body 9 is inserted in the provided oblong holes to set the second thread part 9B in a protruding state, and the thread part 10A of the decorative nut 10 is thread-fastened to the second thread part 9B to complete fitting. Fitting can be performed easily and unforcibly only by fitting the decorative nut 10 to the second thread part 9B, and work can be completed in a short time.
