PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust contact pressure by magnetic force and to set it finely by providing a magnetoelectric stylus formed by projecting conductive magnetic substance fine powder from a first electrode along a magnetic field distribution between a magnetic pole and a magnetic body by means of adjacent arrange ment or movement and proximity of the magnetic body and controlling it, and by electrically connecting electrodes through the magnetoelectric stylus. SOLUTION: A first electrode is formed by arranging a conductor 13 on one magnetic pole of a permanent magnet 11, and a first electrode assembly is composed by arranging a magnetic body 12 on the other magnetic pole and by sealing the whole body with a resin 14. A magnetic body 16 is arranged at a position facing to the magnetic pole of the permanent magnet 11, and a conductor 17 is arranged as a second electrode between the first electrode assembly and the magnetic body 16. A magnetic circuit 18 is formed with the permanent magnet 11, the magnetic body 12, the magnetic body 16 and air gaps among them, and when conductive magnetic substance fine powder 15 is arranged between the first electrode 13 and the magnetic body 16, the conductive magnetic substance fine powder 15 gathers along the magnetic circuit 18 and forms a magnetoelectric stylus.
