PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage between signal lines and signal noise with the outside. SOLUTION: A frame 13, having a contact piece 13b touching a ground plate 101 for an IC card 100 and a mounting part 13c touching a gland of a circuit board 110 is arranged in a connector 10 for an IC card. In the frame 13, a plurality of tongue pieces 13h are arranged in the vicinities of a plurality of pin terminals 12, so that at least a part of the pin terminals 12 lead out from a housing 11 are opposed to each other substantially in parallel.
