PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform print film thickness or a printing pattern at high accuracy in screen printing. SOLUTION: A bottom surface 13RB of a channel portion 13R of a squeegee holder 13 is formed into a projection curved surface beforehand, one end surface 11S2 side of a squeegee rubber 11 whose opposite end surfaces 11S1, 11S2 are almost flat is fitted in a channel portion 13R. Consequently, the one end surface 11S2 of the squeegee rubber 11 becomes a projection curved surface. The other end surface 11S1 being a sliding surface 11S1 of the squeegee rubber 11 is formed into a flat surface. Alternatively, the shape of the bottom surface 13RB may be protruded.
