PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clock using a disk-shaped storage medium that can be easily created such as a CD and a CD-ROM as the dial of the clock. SOLUTION: A clock movement 3 is arranged on the back surface of a CD1, and an electronic clock hand shaft 3a is allowed to project from an opening part 1a of the CD1 to the surface side of the CD1. At the surface side of the CD1, a spacer 5 with a larger external diameter than that of the opening part 1a is arranged, a screw 4 is inserted from the tip side of the electronic clock hand shaft 3a, and the clock movement 3 is fixed to the CD1. Then, an electronic clock hand 2 is mounted at the tip of the electronic clock hand 3a.
