PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the communication traffic, to simplify the process definitions, and to facilitate the transition control between servers by making a server which performs operation hold the contents and allocation destination of the operation and the relation of connection with next operation, carrying out routing between the servers, and controlling the allocation of the operation. SOLUTION: An operator A specifies a process definition identifier on a client 300. A process start part 120 gives a unique process identifier to a process to be started, sets the process definition identifier of a process definition 400, the process identifier, and an identifier specifying this server in a process common information object, and informs an operation management part 130 of them. The operation management part 130 obtains the definition of the operation corresponding to the process definition identifier of the process common information object from a server hold process definition management part 140 and allocates the operation identifier. The operation management part 130 decides that the allocation destination of the operation is the operator A who has started the process. |
