PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a single body protective metal tool between a pair of beams riding over an insulator pipe fixed at the upper part of a rack board. SOLUTION: In this termination connector in open air, a power cable, extending upward between a pair of beams 101, 102 fixed under the condition that these, is isolated at the upper part of the rack board is covered with an insulator pipe 5 riding over a pair of beams 101, 102 and a protective metal tool 20 inserting previously the power cable 1 is fixed through the area between a pair of beams 101, 102 for the insulator pipe 5 riding over a pair of beams 101, 102. The protective metal tool 20 has a circular flange 20a for fixing to the insulator pipe 5 covering the power cable 1 and has a cutout portion for insertion between a pair of beams 101, 102 on which the circular flange 20a is fixed in the predetermined interval at the upper part of the rack board.
