PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a crime by storing an operation handle in a door at a locked state, making the handle operatable by making it project from the inside of the door at an unlocked state and actuating unlocking mechanism by an external remote operator. SOLUTION: A locking part 11 of a releasing lever 7 is engaged in a locking groove 25 of an operation handle 20 by depression force of springs 8, 9 toward the lower direction, a rod 22 can not move and a handle part for operation of the operation handle 20 is held as a state that it is stored inside the door. When a depression key 29 of the remote operator 27 is depressed, an oscillator 28 is actuated, a signal is oscillated toward a receiver 12 and a motor 1 is rotated via an output end by the receiver 12. Then, the locking part 11 of the releasing lever 7 is raised, detached from the locking groove 25 of the operation handle 20, a step part of the rod 22 is released from the releasing lever 7 and the rod 22 is moved toward the outside by an action of a compressed spring. As a result, the handle part of the handle 20 stored in the door moves to the outside of the door.
