<p>Preventives/remedies for digestive diseases containing, as the active ingredient, at least one of an enzyme hydrolyzing sugar chains having fucose and another enzyme decomposing ammonia. A bacteriostatic method comprising inhibiting or preventing the growth of Helicobacter pylori in a strongly acidic environment by using the above preventives/remedies. As the above enzymes, fucosidase and histidase are particularly preferable. Thus, the conditions for fixation or growth of H. pylori in the strongly acidic environment are inhibited and thus the growth of H. pylori can be inhibited or prevented.</p> |
