<p>A vector system that will produce a pseudotyped lentiviral vector that can be used to deliver a desired gene is disclosed. The vector constructs that are described include a number of modifications that enhance the safety of the vector. The vector can be used to more specifically target cells for expression of certain genes.</p> |
