PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method and an apparatus for simply cooking a Hirosima-style square pancake. SOLUTION: (1) Dough of wheat flour with water is applied to a side A, ingredients of one's taste are placed on the dough and dough of wheat flour with water is sprinkled on the ingredients. (2) A right plate C is put on the dough. (3) The side A is baked. (4) When the side A is grilled up, the side A is rotated by 180 deg.. (5) The side A is placed on the top and the side C is put on the bottom and baked. (6) When the side C is gripped up, the side A is placed on the bottom and returned to the state of (2). B and C are removed together and a square pancake on the side A is eaten.
