<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing device having an economical constitution capable of rationally using a deodorent. SOLUTION: The deodorizing device 500 deodorizes the indoor air 50A containing malodor by passing the air through a prescribed part 81 of an adsorbent body 80 to adsorb malodor components to the adsorbent body 80. An adsorptive function is regenerated by passing the air 11X heated at a heating part 88 through a prescribed part 82 which moves the prescribed part 81 by the rotation A of the adsorbent body 80 to release the malodor components adsorbed to the adsorbent body 80 to the outside of a room 10. The regeneration may be executed by allowing the indoor air 50A to flow and releasing to the outside of the room 10. The adsorbent body 80 is formed with an air permeable porous body such as honeycomb-shaped body comprising primarily activated carbon. The device is provided in the wall-mount type constitution, portable type constitution, etc., by housing each constituent part in one box. The deodorizing device having the rational and economical constitution is provided since the adsorbent body 80 is regenerated with heated air.</p> |
