PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hot water of the desired temperature at any times by allowing the temperature of hot water fed by an electric hot water feeder having two tanks (i.e., feedwater tank and water boiling tank) to vary as little as possible. SOLUTION: In this electric hot water feeder, a water feed inhibition means is added which, when a hot water feed pump 27 constituting a hot water feed means 7 is being driven, inhibits actuation of a feedwater pump 39 which constitutes a water replenishing means 6. While hot water is being fed to the outside from a water boiling tank 2 via the hot water feed means 7 and until a predetermined time elapses after the completion of hot water feeding, no water is fed from a feedwater tank 3 to the water boiling tank 2 via the water replenishing means 6 so as to prevent the temperature of the hot water in the water boiling tank 2 from dropping.
