The frame (1) has grooves (3, 4, 5) along the three edges which are not hinged (2) to the frame surround. When the frame is open, its position can be locked by stay assemblies (12). Each stay assembly consists of an arm (13) and a fixing plate (14). The ends of the stay arms are connected to eccentric shafts (17) inside the grooves (3, 5). The eccentric shafts are linked to the locking mechanism (10, 9, 8, 7) and operating handle (6) by rotating rods (11) inside the grooves
