<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine which contains a specific compound, selectively acts on peripheral cannabinoid receptors and is useful as an immunomodulator, an autoimmune disease medicine, an antiallergic agent and an antiinflammatory agent. SOLUTION: This medicine contains a 2-oxoquinoline compound of formula I W is 0 or O(S)t [(t) is 0, 1 or 2], or the like; R1 is H, an alkyl, an alkenyl, or the like; R2 is H, an alkyl, or the like; Ra is H, an alkyl, or the like; X is COORb, CONH2 (Rb is H, an alkyl, or the like)] or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, preferably 7-methoxy-2-oxo-8-pentyloxy-1,2-dihydroquinoline-3- carboxylic acid (2-pyridin-4-ylmethyl)amide, as an active ingredient. The compound is administered at a daily dose of 0.1-1,000 mg for an adult with one to several portions, when orally administered.</p> |
