PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect whether relative position relation of a plurality of injection holes is the relative position relation determined in advance or not. SOLUTION: An inspection device for an injector nozzle having many minute injection holes is provided with a light emitting device 2 arranged in the injector nozzle 1 to emit light for the injection holes H and a light receiving device 4 arranged outside of the injector nozzle 1 to receive light which is emitted from the light emitting device 2 and passes the injection holes H. The light emitting device 2 can emit light simultaneously for a plurality of injection holes H and the light receiving device 4 can receive a plurality of lights which are emitted from the light emitting device 2 and pass a plurality of injection holes H simultaneously.
