SOLUTION: In a dwelling building 1 erected in a site 2 of a narrow frontage 21 in which a frontage W is narrow, and the depth D is long, a front entrance 11a and a stairway 11b are provided at the opposite and distant position along the depth D of a first floor, and the stairway 11b and a main bedroom 12a are provided at the opposite and distant position along the depth D of a second floor 12.
