PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the warping deformation of a heat insulation panel attributable to the differential expansion between a heat insulation material and a stud. SOLUTION: A heat insulation panel 3 is mounted on a building 1, and in the heat insulation panel 3, a heat insulation material 6 is provided between faces 4a, 4b opposite to each other by arranging a stud 5 on one face 4a, and arranging the other face 4b opposite to one face 4a on both sides of the stud 5, and a slip material 7 is interposed in a part of an intermediate longitudinal frame or the stud 5 opposite to the heat insulation material 6.
