PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the generation of smoke due to meat juice, and the like, even if meats are being roasted, without lowering thermal efficiency. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic roaster includes a heating coil 3, a top plate 4 disposed above the coil 3, a grill 6 disposed above the plate 4, and an oil pan 7 which is disposed on one side of the plate 4 and has an aperture 701 near its upper part. The top plate 4 is slightly inclined so that an end thereof on the side of the pan 7 is lowered so as to face the aperture 701 of the pan 7. The grill 6 is disposed so that a small space is formed between the grill 6 and the plate 4. |
