PURPOSE: An electrical dust connecting device has a simple structure of the dust connector with high duct-collecting performance, which makes the device thinner. CONSTITUTION: A device has an electrolytic dissociation part (10) comprising a plurality of grounded discharge opposite electrodes(11), and a discharge electrode(12) provided between the discharge opposite electrodes(11) and applied with a high voltage. The device also has a dielectric dust collector(200) on the side of the air exit of the electrolytic dissociation part (10) so that the dielectric dust collector(200) can be charged by the discharging of the electrolytic dissociation part(10) without a separate voltage applied.
