PURPOSE: An ecological block of porous natural stones is provided to have a stable structure without using additional supporters, to make environments having nature-friendship by afforesting the slant surfaces of a bank or a revetment, which were difficult in afforesting and by having porous holes in the stones for allowing plants or grasses to grow. CONSTITUTION: An ecological block of porous natural stones is manufactured by the steps of forming concrete blocks(3,4) using a mold, forming a porous mortar layer(2) by compounding soil cement, volcanic sand and sand on the upper end of the concrete blocks, putting porous natural stones(1) into the whole porous mortar layer to be buried in a prescribed depth, and curing the compound.
