<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for sorting parts is provided to reduce the period of time for working and sorting operations by shortening the period of time for information setting without needing teaching and the arrangement of parts on pallets. CONSTITUTION: A parts sorting apparatus(15) displays parts and a palletizing robot(20) in a picture and operates the adsorption position of the palletizing robot in respect to the displayed parts as part-robot information according to the instructions of an operator. Based on part-robot information, seat-nesting information indicating the arrangement state of the parts on sorting stands and pallet-nesting information indicating the arrangement state of the parts on pallets(10), The parts sorting apparatus prepares indications of the position determination for movement of the robot in connection with the sorting stands and the pallets.</p> |
