SOUNDPROOF BOARD OF RESONANCE TYPE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A soundproof board of resonance type and manufacturing method is provided to get noise effect by using the theory of damping of sound. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof board of resonance type and manufacturing method comprises the steps of: making globe-shaped forming material; mixing the globe-shaped forming material with cement or ceramic at a fixed rate; making board-shaped forming material having some thickness by pouring the compound into a molding frame; manufacturing a solid forming board by drying the board-shaped forming material for some time; making an explosion hole for resonance noise which is reached to the outside by combustion of globe-shaped forming material; attaching an exterior board to both side of the soundproof board.Thereby, a reflex action of noise by resonance effectively excludes external noise coming from vehicle, construction sites and other noise sources.
