PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medical diagnostic device facilitating positioning and setting of patient photography by detecting a gamma ray alone due to a positive electron related to a specific event direction for providing a persistent image. SOLUTION: Gamma rays from a subject P are detected by means of radiation detectors 11, 12, and their collected data are outputted to an image reconstruction processing circuit 14. In a simultaneous counting recognition circuit 13, it is checked whether the gamma rays detected by the radiation detectors 11, 12 are counted simultaneously or not. If they are counted at the same time, an incident position of the gamma ray is computed in the image reconstruction processing circuit 13, and additionally, the incident locus is computed for determining the incident direction. In a simultaneous event direction selecting circuit 16, collected data corresponding to the gamma ray in the predetermined event direction designated by an event direction designating circuit 18 are read out from the image reconstruction processing circuit 14, and a persistent image obtained on the basis of the collected data is displayed on a positioning monitor 17.
|
