The invention relates to a reinforced elastic element which, on a given functioning field, has a linear characteristic, a high endurance and anti-wear properties, a process for obtaining reinforced elastic elements which permits a sorting according to the carrying capacity at torque and to a coupling for shafts assembly in the machine building field, which allows a precise centering, composed of the semi-couplings (4 and 5) provided with some axial flute (a) forming the elastic element seat and provided with an indexable flange (10) - in which are practised some supply slots (g) with reinforced elastic elements - through some chamferings (j) practised at the end of some elongated holes (h), with some springs (8) and pins (9), assembled in some special seats (e), the fit being provided by a carrier ring (13), tied with some counter-sunk screws (14), through some wear bushings (11), some special washer (12) and an elastic wear ring (15).
