PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and flexibly set the access right of public information for a user to whom the information can be opened without troubling a manager when a plurality of users use information in common. SOLUTION: An electronic name card generating means 10 generates an electronic name card and registers it to an electronic name card server 200. An electronic name card exchange means 103 retrieves the electronic name card server 200 to read the electronic name card exchanged by a user requesting exchange of electronic name cards to read it and to send it to a user requested to exchanged electronic name cards, where the electronic name card is exchanged by receiving the electronic name card returned from a user requested to exchange electronic name cards. An electronic name card browser 105 retrieves an electronic name card whose electronic name card ID is stored in an electronic name card exchange ID database 104 to read and display it as part of a list, and a user performing information reference traces a public information link described on the electronic name card to refer to public information from an information public server 500. |
